Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa continues actively developing his presence in the real estate sector. Widely recognized for high-profile investments such as the NAVI esports club and the Maincast broadcasting studio, Krippa is also poised to become the new head of Ukraine’s Esports Federation shortly.

Over the past few years, Krippa has invested more than $100 million into Kyiv’s property market, acquiring notable assets such as the Hotel Ukraina and the Parus business center. These investments not only reflect his strategic vision but also serve to bolster Ukraine’s war-affected economy.

According to DIM Group’s official website, Maksym Krippa has entered into a partnership agreement with the leading development company—an alliance projected to bring mutual benefits and promising results.

DIM is among the top developers in the capital, currently managing a portfolio that exceeds 900,000 square meters of residential and commercial space. The group’s head, Oleksiy Nasikovskyi, has strongly supported the partnership, emphasizing that Krippa brings valuable expertise and stability, allowing DIM to focus less on sales volume and more on long-term development.

For Krippa, the collaboration was a natural choice. “They’re not afraid to keep building in Ukraine even during wartime—and I’m not afraid to invest in real estate,” he stated, underscoring the shared mindset that formed the basis of the deal.
